Powerful & Supportive

Essential Oil Blends

for Today's Environment

April 21, 2026

By Karen Unsworth Berger, BAA, TFH

Special thanks to John Finnerty for his research, feedback and support in developing these special formulas.

Quality and consistency are essential for these high‑frequency blends, so use only Divine Essence organic Jojoba oil (or if not available, organic Aura Cacia jojoba oil),  and Divine Essence essential oils.  Many Divine Essence oils are available in health food stores, but all can be ordered online. (If you already have organic DoTerra or Young Living oils, you can use them as well.)  Always blend in a glass dropper bottle and measure very carefully. You may want to start with a 30 ml bottle and fill only half the bottle —1 T (15 ml)—in case you accidentally add an extra drop, in which case you can add another T jojoba oil and adjust the other quantities.

Jojoba oil can be an excellent carrier oil because it interacts well with infra red light, is stable, odourless, and penetrates deeply.  There are two exceptions in these formulas - the oils in #1 cypress and lavender are added to liquid magnesium spray as they all have high scalar energy and work synergistically, and #2, Thymus Shield, where olive oil is used as it does NOT penetrate deeply, keeping the oils closer to the surface layers of the skin, acting as a literal shield.

Use up to 4 or 5 blends consecutively  - more may overwhelming for the body and therefor less effective.

If you have EHS,  the priorities will be #1 and 2, and possibly 8, 7, and 4.  (This is the pattern that is evolving.)  After that it would be personalised depending on your personal concerns.

1.  Magnesium+ Spray - scalar energy, electron donation

This magnesium spray  boosted with lavender (IF you like it - it is generally beneficial for most, but not everyone), is important for eveyone today in our high nnEMF environment - especially important for those with EHS because it both restores a mineral that is often depleted.  It provides a highly accessible, skin‑level “matrix” for electron donation and scalar‑energy support. Research models suggest that nnEMF‑related stress can increase the body’s use of magnesium and may contribute to deficiency, especially in sensitive individuals.

Topical magnesium is often preferred by EHS‑aware practitioners because it bypasses the gut, delivers magnesium directly into tissues, and can provide a more immediate, local stabilising effect on the nervous system and connective‑tissue network; this makes it particularly useful for building internal scalar coherence around the thymus and chest before introducing external shielding.  PKP testing shows that oral magnesium is also important - speak to your health care provider.   bioptimizers+4

  • Dramatically raises scalar energy around the thymus and chest, supporting a more coherent, less fragmented energy field
  • Provides strong electron donation that helps stabilise and “ground” the body’s electrical structure
  • Magnesium acts as an internal electron‑donating, grounding “matrix” for the nervous system and connective tissue
  • Lavender works synergistically with magnesium
  • Very helpful for very sensitive EHS people with many intolerances, createing a more coherent and efficient energy field
  • Topical magnesium is especially effective for building energetic coherence, often more so than oral intake alone
  • Also wonderful sprayed on sore joints, general injuries (not on broken skin), twists, sprains, and areas of physical strain when sprayed several times a day

This Magnesium+ Spray combines a transdermal magnesium base with lavender to create a powerful internal scalar‑support layer for people whose energy field feels scrambled or “over‑sensitive.” Magnesium provides grounding, electron‑donating stability and coherence. For EHS clients, it often acts as a prerequisite: first building internal scalar coherence instead of scrambled energy, allowing external shielding pieces to integrate easily and effectively into their energy field.

Three sprays on the thymus area 2 x day (AM/PM), ongoing.  (For EHS, up to 4 x day for the first week.)

257 ml bottle magnesium spray   (I use Bolton brand {magnesium chloride} unscented )

50 drops lavender - True

Spray 3 x on thymus, 2 x day (AM/PM)  ongoing

OR travel size, in  a 50ml spray bottle:

50ml magnesium spray  (Measure it - the 50ml bottle holds 60ml)

10 drops lavender

2.  Thymus Shield (mmEMF), scalar energy, electron donation

#1 and #2 are priority for those with EHS.  Thymus shield provides protection from today's high nnEMF environment, giving protection to the body’s energetic “front line” and immune system.  It is the only blend made with olive oil, which stays more on the surface of the skin creating a literal "shield" over the energetically sensitive thymus area.

In PKP kinesioligy (my field of training), the thymus represents a core point of life‑force energy and immune resilience; this is consistent with emerging medical research showing that thymus health is closely tied to longevity, immune strength, and resistance to serious disease.

  • Priority support for the thymus area in today's high‑nnEMF environments
  • Olive oil forms a light, surface‑level “shielding” layer that sits gently over the chest without deep penetration
  • Oregano brings a sharp, clearing frequency that may help shield chaotic EMF‑like noise at the body’s surface
  • Lemon adds a bright, cleansing, sky‑like quality that supports clarity, openness, and healthy energetic boundaries
  • Helps stabilise the thymus and surrounding energy field
  • Works especially well paired with the magnesium‑supporting spray for deeper scalar and cellular resilience

This Thymus Shield blend combines oregano and lemon in olive oil to create a gentle protective “shield” over the thymus and chest area. Oregano’s sharp, clearing frequency may help soften the impact of chaotic EMF‑like noise, while lemon adds a bright, cleansing, sky‑like layer that supports clarity and boundary‑setting. Together, they help the thymus and surrounding energy field hold a more stable, coherent, and less reactive state in today’s high‑nnEMF environment, making this a key daily support for EHS‑sensitive and EMF‑aware people.

4 drops on the thymus area, 2 x day (not too late evening as the lemon has sunlight properties), ongoing

1T olive oil

4 drops oregano

4 drops lemon

3.  Sunshine blend - sunlight properties, scalar energy, electron levels

This Sunshine blend is for anyone living in northern latitudes (especially in winter), or is sunlight deprived - such as in hospital or institution, working full time indoors, and/or cannot get outside much for any reason.  There is no substitute for sunlight, but this blend produces a gentle, sunlight‑like cue to support circadian warmth, mood, and scalar energy without direct sun exposure.  It’s especially helpful for people in nnEMF‑heavy, indoor‑dominated environments who benefit from brighter, more circadian rhythm‑supportive signals.   Use only in daylight hours. (Between sunrise/sunset.)

  • Mirrors the warm, grounding quality of red‑and‑infrared‑like sunlight, supporting circadian warmth and skin tone
  • Cinnamon brings a warm, stabilising note that echoes the infrared band of sunlight
  • Lemon contributes a bright, energising citrus “sky‑light” quality that lifts mood and alertness like morning sun
  • Jojoba carries these light‑like signals smoothly into the skin and energy field
  • Supports scalar energy and nervous‑system coherence when real UVB is limited
  • Best used only during daylight hours (between sunrise and sunset) to respect the body’s natural light‑driven rhythm
  • synergises well with vitamin D supplementation, suggesting fuller‑spectrum light‑like support

This Sunshine blend combines cinnamon and lemon in jojoba to create a gentle, sunlight‑like “proxy” for people who feel emotionally and energetically weighed down by winter or indoor‑dominated life. Cinnamon brings a warm, grounding, red‑light‑like resonance, lemon adds a bright, mood‑lifting sky‑light effect, and jojoba quietly carries this light‑like signal into the body. Used on the pulse points inside the wrists during daylight hours, this blend helps support circadian warmth, scalar energy, and a brighter, more coherent feeling when real sunlight is in short supply, especially when paired with vitamin D and other circadian‑supportive practices.

Apply 4 drops inside the wrists, 2-3xday during daylight hours (between sunrise/sunset), ongoing

1T jojoba

3 drops cinnamon-true-bark

3 drops lemon

2T jojoba

5 dr cinnamon

5 dr lemon

4.  Ravintsara Blend (Immune, ANS)

This ravintsara blend is for anyone who wants gentle support for their immune system and nervous system, especially in today’s high‑nnEMF, blue‑light‑heavy environment. It can be especially helpful for EHS‑sensitive people and those who are frequently exposed to non‑native EMFs from screens, Wi‑Fi, cell‑tower signals, and other modern technologies.

  • Immune‑supportive / immune‑stimulating:
  • Ravintsara is commonly described as helping strengthen the body’s resistance and support immune resilience, especially during periods of increased infection risk and stress, which can make the body feel less “overwhelmed” by environmental loads.
  • ANS‑supporting and calming, sleep support:
  • Despite its fresh, stimulating aroma, ravintsara is also described as helping with nervousness, tension, and sleep support, which can help the autonomic nervous system settle from a “too‑on‑edge” state into a calmer, more regulated baseline.
  • Resilience in a non‑ionizing radiation environment:
  • Non‑ionizing radiation (like Wi‑Fi, cell‑phones, and blue‑light devices) cannot ionise atoms but can still disturb cell membranes, stress mitochondria, and amplify nervous‑system reactivity in sensitive people.
  • Ravintsara does not block or shield this radiation, but by supporting the immune system and calming the nervous system, it may help the body tolerate the “noise” of today’s nnEMF environment more easily, without going into chronic alarm or inflammation.

This ravintsara blend is designed to support the immune system and the autonomic nervous system, especially in the face of today’s high‑nnEMF and blue‑light environment. Ravintsara helps strengthen the body’s natural defences and supports a calmer, more regulated nervous system, which can make the overall experience of non‑native EMFs feel less jarring and more manageable. From an energy‑medicine perspective, it can be seen as a “resilience” layer that helps the body process and adapt to the nervous‑system “noise” of modern life, without changing the radiation itself.

Use 2 drops inside wrists, 2 x day, as long as needed.

1T jojoba oil

4 drops Ravintsara essential oil

5.  Nervana  (electron donor)

This helichrysum–jojoba blend is for anyone with sensitive, reactive, or repair‑hungry skin, as well as people who carry unresolved inflammation, scars, or irritation and want gentle, regenerative support. Research has shown that helichrysum helps reduce nerve‑related pain and inflammation, supports neuroprotective and anti‑inflammatory mechanisms, and appears to promote tissue regeneration, which is why it is often used in nerve‑repair and neuropathy‑support blends.  It is for people carrying nerve pain, inflammation, or “electric‑skin” sensations from nnEMF stress can benefit from its calming, anti‑inflammatory, and tissue‑supportive qualities.

In aromatherapy and clinical‑adjacent work, helichrysum is described as:

  • support regeneration where needed
  • helping to reduce nerve‑related pain and inflammation
  • Deeply regenerative and reparative for skin and connective tissue
  • Antioxidant‑rich, helping protect from oxidative stress and premature aging
  • Calms over‑reactive, sensitive skin
  • soothing for the ANS (Autonomic nervous system)

Helichrysum in jojoba creates a nurturing blend that shines for skin issues, deeper tissue repair, and nerve‑related discomfort, including for people with EHS who experience itchy, “electric‑skin” sensations from nnEMF exposure. It calms inflammation, supports new, healthy tissue formation while also helping to ease nerve‑related pain and hyper‑sensitivity. Its subtle ANS‑soothing effect helps both the skin and the person feel less “on edge,” making it an ideal, gentle, regenerative ally for sensitive, reactive, or long‑healing skin and nerve‑skin discomfort triggered by electromagnetic stress.

Apply 4 drops inside wrists 2 x day (3 x day in acute situations) for 1 month or as needed

2 T jojoba

7  drops helichrysum Italicum

(OR 1T + 2ml jojoba, 4 drops helichrysum)

6. Energy Field Cleanse - Blue Light

This simple lemon blend is for anyone who wants gentle cleansing and support for their energy field and cellular resilience, especially people who feel easily overloaded in visually noisy or blue‑light‑heavy environments—concerts, noisy restaurants, screens, bright LEDs—and experience mental fog, eye strain, or a stressed nervous system.

Dr. Jack Kruse clarifies that one of our worst nnEMF exposures is blue light toxicity.  In my experience, the impact of blue light exposure is under recognised and under estimated.  This blend test well in reducing stress including eye stress from blue light exposure - the most common is in our own homes with "natural light" coming through glass. (most reds and infra reds, all UV are filtered out - blue rays are unaffected by glass and all pass through creating a high blue light environment.)

  • Ease eye strain / blurriness from strong blue light exposure
  • Clears the energy field, including after exposure to chaotic energy, or low/stressful energy environments
  • may be protective from oxidation stress from blue light exposure
  • Cleanses and purifies the energy field, helping release congested or “sticky” vibrational residue
  • Anti‑inflammatory and antioxidant‑supportive at the cellular level, which may help protect the body from oxidative stress and over‑stimulation
  • Helps create a sense of freshness and safe openness, especially in the head, eyes, and upper body

Apply 4 drops to thymus area, 2 x day (3 x with heavy exposure), ongoing

1T Jojoba oil

5 drops lemon oil

7. Electro Cleanse  -   (coming!)

8.  ANS Energy (Cosmetic, and Scalar Energy)

I remember years ago being in the well known spa at the Camelback Inn, Scottsdale AZ.  Their whole line of skin care was based around Neroli (bitter orange blossom) oil. I loved it at the time and always remembered it. It turns out that Neroli, aside from being wonderful for the skin cosmetically, has a very high scalar energy which is transferred to us, especially when used on the pulse points inside the wrists.

Neroli oil also provides significant support to the ANS, which is the body's internal "auto-pilot".  It regulates heart beat, lungs and breathing, blood pressure, digestion, temperature, fluids, and energy behind the scenes without you having to think about it. It also provides gentle pain and inflammation support: shown in aromatherapy and small clinical work to help reduce pain‑related distress and has anti‑inflammatory tendencies, especially via linalool and other terpenes.

Neroli is a beautiful heart, nervous system, and cosmetic ally. It may:

  • gentle pain and inflammation support
  • help release the stored residue of physical stress/over exposure in the past
  • calm the ANS (autonomic nervous system)
  • gently support ANS energy including heart rhythm and blood pressure energy
  • softens the skin, supports healing, and reduces inflammation

Neroli is excellent for calming support and skin care—helping the body release the physical and energetic residue of chronic stress while inviting the heart to open, calm, and soften.

2 drops 2 x day inside the wrists, and cosmetically on face/neck, ongoing

1 T jojoba

4 drops Neroli

(NOTE: Neroli oil is typically sold diluted at 5% in a 5ml bottle, but treat this as if it were the pure oil.)

9. Gut Energy, for Today's Complex Environment, electrons

This Gut Support blend is for anyone whose gut feels sluggish, inflamed, or microbiome‑unbalanced in today’s high‑nnEMF, chemically noisy environment. It’s especially helpful for people who notice poor digestion, or “stuck” inflammation, lack of nutrient absorption, and want non‑food‑based support that gently helps rebalance gut bacteria and enhances overall gut‑energy efficiency.

  • Supports microbiome balance by gently modulating good and bad gut bacteria, including activity against certain Gram‑positive and Gram‑negative strains
  • Aids nutrient absorption
  • Anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune‑supportive (the immune system depends on gut balance)
  • Enhances nutrient and bioactive‑compound bioavailability, supporting overall metabolic health and “gut‑energy” efficiency
  • Provides a warm, moving “gut energy” quality that supports vitality
  • positively influence mental clarity and mood

This simple black pepper–jojoba Gut Support blend leverages black pepper’s ability to gently nudge the microbiome toward healthier balance, while supporting digestion, motility, and nutrient absorption. In the context of today’s high‑nnEMF, chemically loaded environment, it offers anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune‑supportive qualities that help buffer gut energy, along with a warm, moving energy that supports vitality rather than stagnation or chronic irritation.

Research suggests that supporting the gut microbiome and reducing gut‑related inflammation can positively influence mood and mental clarity along the gut‑brain axis. Black pepper has shown neuroprotective and cognitive‑supportive effects in preclinical studies, reinforcing its role as a gentle ally for both gut resilience and a calmer, more coherent mental state in today’s high‑stress, high‑nnEMF environment.”*

For best Gut Support, use 4 drops of #6 (lemon) after using the black pepper.

2 drops inside the wrist 2 x day

2T jojoba oil

7 drops black Pepper

10.  Neuro Relief  (nnEMF induced, seasonal allergies, scalar energy)

This Neuro Relief blend is for anyone whose is healing or regenerating, whose nervous system feels “electric,” irritated, or prickly from nnEMF and blue light exposure, and/or have seasonal allergies.  It may be especially helpful for people with EHS who experience skin prickling, tightness, or nerve‑like buzzing. It’s particularly helpful for those who feel their nerves are sensitive, even in low‑exposure environments, and want gentle, targeted support to calm and re‑organise neural reactivity.

  • My be helpful for seasonal allergies (used 3 x day during season)
  • Eases (also nnEMF‑induced) nerve irritation, inflammation, and “skin‑prickling” sensations
  • Deeply anti‑inflammatory and regenerative, supporting longer‑term myelin and nerve‑tissue resilience
  • Rosemary enhances micro‑circulation and nutrient delivery to stressed neural tissue
  • Helps ease tightness, tingling, and “electric skin” feelings from blue light and nnEMF
  • Creates a more coherent, resilient field around the nerves, so the body can shift from reactive mode into a healing state

Neuro Relief combines helichrysum’s deeply anti‑inflammatory, regenerative quality with rosemary’s bright, circulation‑boosting frequency in a gentle jojoba base. Applied inside the wrist, this nnEMF‑supportive duo helps calm irritated nerves, ease prickling and tightness, and support both short‑term soothing and longer‑term myelin and neural resilience. It’s especially aligned with blue light‑related nervous‑system strain, bringing a clear, coherent, and gentle nudge to the nervous system to move from chronic reactivity and toward a more balanced, grounded state.

2 drops inside wrist, 2 x day for 1 month or as long as needed.   (You may want to use it 3 x day for the first week.)

1T Jojoba

2 drops Helichrysum Italicum

1 drop Rosemary

11.  Energy Balance  - Heart/Adrenal Energy and Past Overwhelm, fight or flight

This Energy Balance blend is for anyone whose heart and adrenals feel taxed from past stress and overwhelm - whether nnEMF‑related or other,  including people with EHS who carry a sense of “electrical heart stress” or adrenal fatigue from long‑term exposure. It’s ideal for those who feel emotionally and energetically ungrounded, scattered, or emotionally raw around nnEMF and want a deep, forest‑like anchor to stabilise the heart’s rhythm and adrenal resilience.

  • Helps relieve stress from past nnEMF‑related overwhelm, especially around heart and adrenal energy
  • Grounding and stabilising for EHS people who feel fragile around EMFs
  • Deep evergreen‑forest resonance that supports heart‑rate variability and electrical coherence of the heart
  • Encourages a sense of calm steadiness rather than reactivity or panic‑like surges
  • Supports adrenal resilience and helps the body shift from constant “fight‑or‑flight” state

Intended for regular use to support longer‑term energetic realignment over weeks to months

Energy Balance combines black spruce in jojoba to create a deep, grounding evergreen‑forest resonance that helps stabilise the heart’s electrical tone and support adrenal recovery from past nnEMF‑related overwhelm, and help the nervous system feel more anchored, the heart more coherent, and the adrenals less chronically taxed. It’s especially suited for EHS people to help the shift from reactive overwhelm toward grounded, balanced energy.

2 drops inside the wrists, 2 x day as needed (perhaps 3 months)

1T Jojoba

7 drops black spruce

12. Immune Balance and Repair

This jojoba + frankincense encourages a sense of cellular order and repair intelligence, helping the body settle into the right sequence of immune, inflammatory, and tissue‑restorative responses so it “knows what to do and when,” with less scattered reactivity and more coherent function. It can offer gentle support for tissue repair, immune balance, and a more coherent internal state, especially when the body feels “fragmented” or slow to heal. It can be used by people with chronic or inflammatory conditions, by those recovering from injury, and by EHS‑sensitive individuals whose  ANS (autonomic nervous system) often feels scrambled, reactive, and out of sync. It may also be a helpful adjunctive comfort and immune‑support layer for people navigating cancer, though it is not a cancer treatment and must work alongside medical care.

  • Supports tissue‑ and wound‑supportive processes, helping the body maintain cleaner, more ordered repair and regeneration rather than staying stuck in a state of irritation or stalled healingbohrium+1
  • Encourages a sense of cellular order and repair intelligence, helping the body settle into the right sequence of immune, inflammatory, and tissue‑restorative responses so it “knows what to do and when,” with less scattered reactivity and more coherent function
  • Promotes immune balance and surveillance, since frankincense is commonly described as immunomodulatory—helping the immune system respond more appropriately, rather than just “more strongly” aromaticmedicineschool+2
  • Provides voltage‑friendly support in the sense of Dr. Jerry Tennant’s model: by helping reduce inflammatory burden and support healthier cellular function, this blend can contribute to the kind of internal environment where the body can more easily repair and regenerate, consistent with his emphasis on restoring the conditions needed for new‑cell formation and adequate cellular voltage,
  • Appears to support a calmer, steadier autonomic nervous system (ANS); many users report that frankincense helps soften sympathetic over‑drive and supports smoother shifts into rest‑and‑repair states, which is especially helpful for EHS‑sensitive people whose ANS can feel scrambled or hypersensitive
  • Has been studied in a cancer‑related context: a 2026 Nature Communications‑linked paper reported that frankincense aqueous extract exhibits selective anticancer activity with synergistic action against human tumour‑derived cell lines, while showing relatively low toxicity to non‑tumour‑derived cells, suggesting it may help create a more resilient, selective, and less chaotic internal environment for cancer patients    nature+1
  • n energetic terms, this combination may help the body feel more centred, grounded, and “in order,” supporting biological regulation, coordinated repair, and a calmer, less reactive ANS in the face of stress or environmental triggers

This frankincense blend in jojoba supports tissue‑ and wound‑supportive processes, helping the body move into cleaner, more organised repair rather than staying stuck in irritation or chaos. Frankincense brings immune‑modulating, anti‑inflammatory, and tissue‑supportive qualities that seem to help the body settle into the right sequence of immune, inflammatory, and regenerative responses.

Energetically, this reads like a “healing intelligence” layer: the body knows what to do and when, with less scattered reactivity and more coherent function. For EHS‑sensitive people, the blend also appears to support a calmer, less scrambled autonomic nervous system, encouraging smoother shifts between alert and restful states, which can make the body feel safer and more resilient in the face of nnEMF and other stressors. In a cancer context, research has shown that frankincense aqueous extract can have selective anticancer activity against tumour cells while remaining relatively gentle on non‑tumour cells, suggesting it may help foster a more balanced, resilient internal terrain for patients.

When framed alongside Dr. Jerry Tennant’s work, this blend can be viewed as a gentle, voltage‑friendly support that helps reduce inflammatory load and create conditions where the body can more easily rebuild and regenerate, while still staying clearly within the realm of adjunctive, non‑medical support rather than medical treatment.

4 drops inside wrist, 3 x day for 1 week, then 2 x day for at least 1 month, then as needed

1 T jojoba oil

7 drops frankincense

13.  Positive Energy Blend. (electron levels, scalar energy)

This blend is for anyone who feels a heavy, congested, or strained sensation in the chest, or who wants gentle support for the respiratory energy field. It may also be helpful for people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally weighed down, or “stuck” and want something bright, clearing, and calming at the same time.

  • Traditionally used for congestion and a “stuck” feeling in the chest
  • Seasonal allergy support
  • "Release" stuck energy anywhere in the body
  • Supports healthy circulation and lymph flow
  • Helps soften nervousness, overwhelm, and energetic congestion
  • Anti-inflammatory and soothing
  • Gentle, cheerful, and emotionally balancing
  • Offers light, fresh support for a strained or heavy feeling in the respiratory energy field

This sweet orange and cypress blend brings together the cheerful, uplifting quality of sweet orange with the clearing, stabilising nature of cypress. Sweet orange helps brighten mood and ease emotional tension, while cypress adds a sense of opening, movement, and release that can be especially helpful when the chest feels heavy or congested. Together, they create a gentle, balanced blend that feels both refreshing and supportive in times of environmental stress or respiratory strain.   4 drops inside the wrist, 3 x day for the first week, then 2 x day as long as needed.

2T jojoba oil

6 drops sweet orange

1 drop cypress

14.  Vision Blend

This blend is designed to support eye health and vision in today's high chemical, high blue light environments.

It is especially helpful for screen workers, EHS‑sensitive people, and those who feel their eyes are absorbing environmental stress, but it is used only on the area between the eyebrows up to the center of the forehead (3rd eye area), never in the eye itself.

  • support vision/eye energy
  • Anti‑inflammatory and soothing for irritated eyes:   Carrot seed has an anti‑inflammatory and soothing quality that can help calm redness, dryness, and the low‑grade irritation that builds up from long‑term screen exposure and environmental pollutants.
  • Blood‑circulation and micro‑circulation support:  Traditionally, carrot seed is linked with improved circulation and detoxifying‑type actions.
  • Detoxifying and lymph‑supportive energetics:  In Ayurvedic and European herbal traditions, carrot seed is described as “detoxifying” and lymph‑stimulating,
  • Gentle immune‑supporting tone:   Because of its antimicrobial, antioxidant, and tissue‑regenerative qualities, carrot seed can be seen as a gentle immune‑supporting “background layer” for the skin and local tissues rather than a systemic immune booster.
  • Antioxidant and free‑radical‑scavenging:  Laboratory and animal‑model work suggests carrot seed oil has antioxidant activity, helping to protect cells and tissues from oxidative stress

This carrot seed vision blend in jojoba supports the delicate orbital area by calming inflammation, improving local micro‑circulation, and gently clearing environmental “congestion” from the tissue. Carrot seed’s antioxidant and free‑radical‑scavenging properties help shield the skin and eye‑adjacent tissues from oxidative stress, while its gentle immune‑supporting tone adds a quiet, protective layer.

Apply 2 drops to the fingertips, then massage the oil up and down on the "3rd eye" area between the eyebrows. center of forehead. Avoid getting any in your eyes.   Use more often if your eyes feel especially irritated or vision blurred.

1T Jojoba oil

4 drops Carrot essential oil

15.  Comfort Blend

This cinnamon + patchouli topical blend is for people who want gentle warming circulation support, mild pain relief for sore muscles or joints, and a calming, grounding effect for stress or nervous tension.

  • Circulation / warming: cinnamon brings a clear warming action that increases peripheral blood flow and soothes cold, stiff areas.
  • Analgesic / soothing: patchouli contributes mild analgesic support and tissue calming; together the oils provide topical relief for aches and muscular tension.
  • Calming / grounding: patchouli’s earthy base note brings emotional steadiness and stress reduction, helping the nervous system settle after physical strain.

This cinnamon + patchouli blend combines cinnamon’s warming, circulation‑supportive qualities with patchouli’s mild analgesic and deeply grounding properties to ease painful areas and calm the nervous system.

2 drops inside wrists, 2 x day as needed

2T  jojoba

5  patchouli

2  cinnamon

16.  Myrrh Blend

This myrrh blend is for people experiencing nnEMF‑related heart rhythm disturbances like atrial fibrillation, chest tightness, or nervous system overload, especially alongside environmental sensitivities. It’s also helpful for those with respiratory congestion, skin irritation from irritants, or needing gentle immune modulation during chronic stress—used topically over the chest and diluted in jojoba.

  • Circulatory and cardio‑protective: Animal studies show myrrh protects against myocardial injury by reducing oxidative stress; may stabilise heart rhythm in nnEMF contexts by countering VGCC‑driven ROS and inflammation.
  • Respiratory support: Used traditionally for coughs, bronchitis, and congestion; clears “stuck” energy in the chest field, particularly relevant for nnEMF‑related chest tightness, anxiety, or breathing restrictiion
  • Regenerative / healing: Promotes tissue repair
  • Digestive support.   Traditionally it’s used for indigestion

This myrrh blend in jojoba offers cardio‑protective, respiratory, digestive, and regenerative support, particularly valuable in today’s nnEMF‑heavy environment where atrial fibrillation and nervous system overload are common. Myrrh’s antioxidant and anti‑inflammatory properties appear to stabilise heart rhythm by reducing oxidative stress from VGCC activation, while also clearing chest congestion and supporting tissue resilience.  While low topical doses appear safe, myrrh can affect heart rhythm at high internal doses, so monitor closely and consult a cardiologist.

2 drops inside wrist, 2 x day

2T Jojoba Oil

5 drops Myrrh

17.   (In Progress)

2 T Jojoba oil

5 drops Frankincense
