What IS Scalar Energy?
"Cuboctahedrons" are super-symmetric 3D shapes with 12 corner points, 24 edges, and 14 faces (8 triangles and 6 squares)—every part matches perfectly. Buckminster Fuller called this the "vector equilibrium," the most balanced geometric form where all forces cancel out completely, like a still pond with no ripples. Vagus Nerve Basics
The vagus nerve—your body's longest cranial nerve (tenth pair)—starts in the brainstem (medulla oblongata) and finishes by branching extensively through the neck, chest, and abdomen, innervating the heart, lungs, stomach, intestines, and spleen. As the primary highway of the parasympathetic nervous system, it regulates heart rate, digestion, and inflammation while linking gut signals directly to brain and mood. Why the Vagus Nerve Needs Scalar Energy
The vagus nerve coordinates your heart, gut, and immune system like a master conductor—but it needs a quiet, organized "stage" to work properly. Scalar energy provides that by structuring water inside cells, stabilizing their electrical voltage, and clearing out chaotic noise from stress or nnEMF. Without this coherent field, vagal signals get distorted or ignored, leaving digestion sluggish, heart rhythm jumpy, and inflammation unchecked. The EHS Link
People living with electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) often do a lot of things right—grounding, shielding, diet, light exposure—yet still feel unbalanced. Through years of working with EHS clients, and testing every variable with PKP kinesiology, I noticed a consistent pattern: physical shielding alone (Ie. with shielding jewelry) could not stabilize the system until the body’s scalar field was restored.
Recently, after wearing a 2nd generation shielding piece (gold plated copper, amethyst, shungite) and applying certain topical "high electron" essential oil blends, I found my scalar energy was optimised to close to 100%. (Typical scalar energy in today's tech environment without mitigation is under 10% for adults over 50. Healthy children have high scalar energy.) I experienced something remarkable. Within hours, my internal energy system shifted to complete coherence—what I measured as 100 % scalar optimization. The change was immediate and unmistakable: deeper calm, stronger digestion, no sugar cravings, steady heart rhythm, and faster recovery from stress.
This result inspired me to look deeper into how scalar energy interacts with the vagus nerve—the body’s primary coherence pathway linking brain, heart, and gut. When these two systems align, they appear to recreate the natural resilience we see in healthy children—effortless healing, emotional balance, and high, radiant energy levels. Children, I believe, maintain naturally elevated scalar coherence. First, create a supportive home environment...
First, mitigate some of the major environmental stressors with some simple solutions. Blue light and technology drain our scalar energy. Wear blue blocking glasses at the computer or watchin TV, and all the time after sunset. Change the light bulbs in your home to incandescent which have a relatively full spectrum of light, and include some red light bulbs to dilute blue light coming through glass, during the day. Wear natural fibers, especially avoiding polyester and acrylic, which are electron robbers.
5 Easy Ways to Increase Your Scalar Energy
1: Sunlight
After just going through one of the snowiest, coldest winters on record here in Toronto, one can understand why this first priority may not always be possible and we need options! (see below.) Neurosurgeon Dr. Jack Kruse continuously tells us to be out in the sun which is why in his mid 60's he's living in El Salvador! (See my blog article "Connecting with Nature", which details some of his work and recommendations.) Sunlight, especially SUNRISE, triggers thousands of hormones compounds, as well as builds scalar energy. Do not wear sunscreen or sunglasses except if harmful glare. If you are going to burn, get into the shade. Get out at sunrise for 15 minutes (longer if you are ill), and in his words, "Never miss another sunrise for the rest of your life!"
2: Exercise
Exercise dramatically boosts scalar energy by generating piezoelectric currents through muscle contraction, according to Dr. Jerry Tennant. He teaches that physical movement—especially rhythmic activities like walking, yoga, or rebounding—creates mechanical stress on connective tissue and bone, producing electron flow that recharges cellular voltage from diseased +30mV back toward healthy -25mV.
Your exercise can be a simple as 2 x 15 minute walks per day, up and down stairs a few times, or doing 2 x 20 squats in your living room. Exercise creates voltage = scalar energy. You just have to do a bit, but regularly, to maintain higher scalar energy.
3: Topical Essential Oils
(We used and recommend Divine Essence Essesntial Oils, for their high organic quality.)
These FOUR wonderful blends are also high in electrons and using any one of them would typically raise scalar energy from 50% (after the magnesium/lavender spray) to 80%. Note that wearing a shielding piece already raises scalar energy to about 80-90%, so add any of these blends to top it up.

Boost Scalar Energy with Topical Magnesium+lavender
Apply 3 sprays of topical magnesium spray (like Bolton's unscented) to the thymus gland area - upper center chest. 2 x day (Suggest AM/PM)
- To make the blend, add 20 drops Lavender - True essential oil and (Divine Essence brand recommended) to the full 257ml bottle for its calming, electron-donating synergy.
- For a small 30ml spray bottle, add 3 drops Lavender-True to 30ml magnesium.
One EHS client carries a spray bottle in her purse to use multiple times per day. This magnesium+lavender combination rapidly elevates scalar energy levels (e.g., from 10% to about 90% of optimal) through high electron donation that stabilizes cell membranes and supports voltage-gated ion channels disrupted by nnEMF exposure.
(NOTE: It is important to take magnesium orally as well in today's environment - discuss this with your medical professional. However oral magnesium does not specifically support scalar energy.)
"Thymus Shield" essential oil blend (blend #2 in my blog article) on thymus area, 4 drops, 2 x day. This acts as a topical "shield" to protect one of the most sensitive energetic areas of the body - the thymus gland - from the negative effects of nnEMF (non native electro magnetic fields) including blue light exposure. You can scale this formula to match the size of your bottle. I use a 30ml dropper bottle. (note that olive oil is too thick to work in insert droppers.) Olive oil is used as it does not penetrate deeply and remains nearer the surface as a literal "shield".
1T organic extra virgin olive oil (all organic oils are not good - look for Greek, like Acropolis or Kouzini)
4 drops oil of oregano
4 drops lemon oil
Sunshine Blend - the Tropical Trio (blend #3 in my blog article)
This is beneficial year long, but especially in winter months as it does contain some properties of sunlight. (It is NOT a substitute!) Apply 4 drops to the solar plexus up to 3 x day during daylight hours only, to support circadian rhythms. Scale this formula to the size of your glass dropper bottle. We use jojoba oil because it penetrates more deeply, bringing the benefits into the body. This is an excellent electron donator.
1T jojoba oil
4 drops Cinnamon True - Bark essential oil
1 drop lemon essential oil

I remember years ago being in the well known spa at the Camelback Inn, Scottsdale AZ. Their whole line of skin care was based around Neroli (bitter orange blossom) oil. I loved it at the time and always remembered it. It turns out that Neroli aside from being wonderful for the skin cosmetically, has a very high scalar energy which is transferred to us, especially when used on the pulse points inside the wrists. I use it 2 drops 2 x day inside the wrists, and cosmetically on face/neck.
1T jojoba oil (penetrates deeply)
7 drops Neroli essential oil (Divine Essence recommended)
4: Grounding (see my "Grounding" blog)
Grounding is where we absorb electrons typcially through the soles of the feet - it is how we evolved. Sweat glands on the feet support better conductivity. 30 minutes of grounding has been shown through microscopic imagery to break up blood cell clumping called "roulleaux" formation" (like stacks of coins) into completely separate cells by fixing the polarity of the cells so they repel as they should and stay separted. The best grounding is walking in salt water at the edge of a beach (or swimming in the ocean), but grass, soil, cement, brick, and stone are all conductive.
5: Shielding Jewelry (or specific crystals)
Wearing one piece of 2nd generation shielding jewelry (pendant, or ring/bracelet worn on the right hand) or pocket shield is the fastest way to instantly raise your scalar energy to about 90% and keep it there as long as you are wearing it. Shields are made from 18K gold plated pure copper, amethyst, and shungite. I believe the reason this is so effective and immediate in optimising scalar energy, is because today, our biggest challenge to maintaining high scalar energy is our high stress nnEMF environment. The shields take most of this stress out of the equation.
Only wear one shielding piece at a time - they create a clockwise vortex around the body at skin level, and wearing 2 pieces creates 2 vortices, which then collide and collapse each other. You can also receive about 50% protection by simple wearing amethyst with 1/4 to 1/2 the mass of shungite, together in your RIGHT pocket. (The amethyst has to be at least double the shungite - 3:1 is an ideal proportion.) For example 15gm amethyst and 5gm shungite. This is the cheapest option - it is not a shield, but offers significant protection.
Conclusion
Scalar energy and the vagus nerve are like a silent background symphony and its conductor: scalar energy creates a calm, organized field inside and around the body, while the vagus nerve carries that harmony from brain to heart, gut, and immune system.
For human beings living today - whether or not they are living with EHS - restoring scalar energy through sunlight, movement, topical magnesium, and high‑electron essential oil blends can gently “tune” the nervous system, making digestion smoother, the heart steadier, and the mind more settled and uplifted.
When optimising the home environment, grounding, and shielding come together with these simple practices that rebuild scalar coherence and support the vagus, we can bring ourselves back to a soft, radiant aliveness - closer to the natural ease and resilience we often see in healthy children.
